Privacy Policy

        Muzepeak is designed with privacy in mind. We do not create user
        accounts, we do not track your behavior, and we do not sell your data.
      

1. Information We Collect

Muzepeak collects minimal information to function properly:

Purchase information: Processed securely by Apple and RevenueCat to verify your "Muzepeak Supporter" status. We do not store payment details.
Anonymous device identifiers: Used by RevenueCat solely to associate your purchase with your device.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information.

2. Permissions We Request

Notifications

If you grant permission, Muzepeak sends one daily notification at 9:00 AM with your morning inspiration. No notification data leaves your device. You can disable this at any time in Settings → Notifications → Muzepeak.

Photo Library

If you choose to save an image, we request add-only access to your photo library. This means we can only add photos — we cannot read, browse, or upload any existing photos. You can revoke this permission in Settings → Privacy → Photos.

3. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to process and manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase and device data in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can review it at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Supabase

Daily motivational images are hosted on Supabase storage servers. Your device fetches images directly from Supabase via standard HTTPS requests. No personal data is transmitted in these requests. You can review Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Apple App Store

Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to all App Store transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Purchase records are maintained by RevenueCat and Apple in accordance with their respective policies. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Muzepeak is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. The latest version will always be available at /privacy.
